Returns

We do not allow returns for purchases bought through our online store beyond our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

With this site we aim to offer convenience and assist your online research – hoping to encourage you to come in. Existing clients can access a considered opinion on fit via email.  We can look at client purchase histories that hold information on similarly fitting garments.

Essentially, we have been exporting significant volumes of garments to longstanding clients who have moved abroad for the past few years on an informal and individual basis via email. We and they send pics to use refining fit & fabric ideas. This site allows these and local existing clients to browse and hopefully find more occasions to shop with us;  purchase repeats with ease, order things they have sighted in-store prior. We are certainly keen to facilitate interest in any of the garments and products shown. Please enquire.

Products that can be easily sized: our scent, accessories, vouchers etc. are a piece of cake to get right and will make great gifts.

Gift Exchange: Mandatory policy to exchange gifts within 3 weeks of purchase date will extend to internet purchases only to the extent that the recipient is able to return the item to the store in person and an exchange made for another item at that time.
A gift exchange receipt code (not revealing the dollar value to the giftee) should be sought at time of purchase. Due to the limited nature of our products, a change of size may not be possible, we make a huge range of items and we are confident we can provide good alternatives if needing to exchange a gift.

Gifts purchased in store:  Mandatory policy is to exchange gifts within 3 weeks of their purchase date. Due to the limited nature of our products, a change of size may not be possible.  Rest assured, options will be discussed and agreed at the time of purchase.  We want presents to be a success and will assist you to purchase the right thing, in the right size – our store database records are an excellent resource if the giftee has history with us.  If the idea isn’t quite a match to their taste we are very willing to change up to meet the intention.
Size Guide

The table below sets out garment sizes that correspond to each other and regularly fit together. Eg. A size Medium guy typically fits a 39 or 40 cm neck dress shirt, a 96 or 100 cm chest jkt, an 88cm dress/casual pant, and this will correspond to good brand jeans as 33 inch (there are a few dodgy sized 32” sold elsewhere these days confusing the issue!)

Medium can be the hardest area to define as guys can be on the smaller or bigger side of this. Buying dress shirts; collars and neck sizes are absolute, but brands can vary in roominess, length etc. Please enquire, we stock a variety of brands and styles to cover shape and taste below the neck!

Our top sizes are considered to be good fair standard sizes and a Medium guy fits our medium casual shirts, tees and jackets generally without issue.

Our trouser sizes are true to measurements. Due to our extensive involvement in tailored wear where centimetres matter, we are not generous with our waists. Ease is added to allow for pants sitting low but neat. The table is a good guide to what is likely to work on a guy whose frame is fairly in proportion.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR THE CORRECT BELT SIZE:

Please measure a belt you are currently using, this will give you the best indication of the correct size you require.

Measure from the beginning of the buckle to the strong indentation line between the holes. That is the measurement to ascertain what is the best belt size for you. I.e. this belt measures 77cm, so you would need the 76-83 belt.
